Pickup
If you have arranged to pick up at the ranch, click here for directions. We'll meet you at the large cinder-block building that says "Nieslanik Beef."
Delivery
We deliver every Tuesday from Craig driving south toward Aspen. If you are along the route, we can meet you at a predetermined location.
Please note: we are on a tight delivery schedule. If you are not at the meeting place, will not be able to wait and you will have to pickup your order the following day at our ranch.
Like the beef? You'll love the view
The ranch is located within walking and biking distance of downtown Carbondale (approximately one mile). If you've never seen the views from White Hill in Carbondale we highly recommend the experience. Take an evening stroll, or ride, or drive and enjoy the unspoiled view of a Sopris Sunset across the Nieslanik Family's conserved lands. Bring the family! Bring a camera!
