Approximately 350-450lbs which cost 8.99lbs which includes processing. Tuesday are Nieslanik Beef delivery day. Depending your location, we can deliver for free that day or it can be picked up at the ranch. The Nieslanik Beef team will reach out prior to your delivery date to work out details.
The down payment is non-refundable if you do not pick up your beef.
To reserve an order, we ask that customers pay a $300.00 deposit. We will send you a cutting order and talk you through this custom beef experience.
Our pricing is based on the hanging weight of each half cow. Hanging weight is the weight of the half cow as it hangs in the butcher's cooler once the head, hide, feet, organs, and blood are removed. For our half cows, hanging weight averages 400 plus pounds but varies by individual cow with the final price determined at processing.
The final balance is the difference between the hanging-weight price (at a rate of $8.99 per pound), and the deposit previously paid. The final balance must be paid before or at the time the beef is picked up.
